Todd Chrisley Reacts To Rumors He’s Gay, Had Affair With Former Business Associate

To dispel homosexual and extramarital affair accusations, Todd Chrisley is speaking out about his past relationship with Mark Braddock.

According to OK! magazine, during the federal fraud prosecution of Todd and Julie Chrisley, Mark testified that he and the patriarch had an intimate relationship lasting approximately a year in the early 2000s. Mark and Todd are said to have maintained a “brotherhood” type connection after the breakup of their claimed romance, which lasted until 2012.
Mark, who worked with Todd at Chrisley Asset Management, claims that the couple received death threats as rumors of their romance and fraud spread.

In his evidence from last year, he stated that he had sent thousands of dollars from his bank account to Todd in order to settle the blackmail case. Mark eventually betrayed his family and reported the patriarchs to the authorities for their involvement in bank fraud and tax evasion.
On his podcast “Chrisley Confessions,” Todd, who is expected to report to a Florida jail this month to begin serving a 12-year term, addressed the sensational claims.
When asked by his 26-year-old son Chase what upset him the most, Todd answered, “that out of all these 54 years, for me to finally be accused of being with a guy, it would be someone who looked like Mark Braddock.” This exchange aired on Tuesday, January 3.

The 53-year-old Chrisley Knows Best actor then insulted Mark’s appearance, calling him “a toad” and “someone who looks like a thumb.”

Todd went on to criticize his former colleague, pointing out that in recent months, the latter seemed to change his narrative multiple times, including claiming to have only had intercourse with his wife and himself.
Todd, who hired Mark in 2005, has made light of the claims by saying he wouldn’t be as worried if George Clooney or Brad Pitt had made the complaint instead. That, above all else, is the ultimate insult. To claim I couldn’t do better than that is a joke, and Todd Chrisley can do better than that.

Mark testified in May 2022 that he falsified paperwork to assist the Chrisleys secure loans; as a result, both Todd and Julie received jail terms of 19 years and 16 months of probation.

Chase, 24, Savannah, and 16-year-old Grayson are the offspring of Todd and Julie, who married the marriage in 1996. Todd’s ex-wife Teresa Terry gave birth to his children Lindsie (now 32) and Kyle (now 30).
